  • Special Made Menu: Using obi textiles from [awai], a Japanese traditional Hakataori textile maker with over 700 years of history based in Fukuoka, our CEO's home-town.
  • Fukuoka Fish Market: Shipments of fresh natural fish, using our own unique direct shipment route.
  • Mototsugu Hayashi: Sommelier. A small selection of wine by Italy's [DAL PESCATORE]s Primo Sommelier. (Apart from the regular wine list)
