  • CEO: Shoki Inoue /1978 Born in Fukuoka. /2000 Employed at [BASTA PASTA] in New York. /2006 Employed at [KEISUKE MATSUSHIMA], a consecutive 1 Michelin starred restaurant located in Nice, South France. /2008 After working as general manager at [Georges Marceau] in Fukuoka, he moved to Tokyo, becoming CEO of [ACCELAIRE CO, Ltd]. /2009 Opens [Restaurant-I] in Jingumae, also becoming it's general manager. /2012 Founded [I.P.S. CO, Ltd], taking office as CEO. In the same year opens [CROSS TOKYO], located in Roppongi, Tokyo.
  • Head Chef: Akihiro Masuyama /1978 Born in Chiba. Graduated from Hana Culinary Academy. After working at one of the most prominent French restaurants and patisseries in Tokyo, he moved to France, training in the Bourgogne and Champagne district before returning to Japan. /2004 Became the Head Chef of [FRENCH DINING] in Kagurazaka. /2008 Became the Head Chef of Japan's first herb garden's restaurant [OTAKI Herb Garden]. /2012 Currently the Head Chef of [CROSS TOKYO].
  • Sous Chef: Toshiki Takahashi /1980 Born in Tokyo. Moved to Italy in 2000 after graduating from Shinjuku Culinary Academy. Trained in over 10 restaurants (Michelin starred included) in regions such as Sardinia and Marche. /2004 While working at [Ristorante Specchio] in Yotsuya and [Cuisine 219] in Aoyama, he obtained his sommelier certification in 2007, authorized by JSA. /2010 He contributed to the receiving of [Restaurant-I]s 1 Michelin star. /2012 Currently the Sous Chef of [CROSS TOKYO].
